PEMBREY ITINERARY

PEMBERY 8hr PLOP ENDURO AND PRACTICE 21st- 22nd a March 2025

Practice schedule :-

Scrutineering and signing on

Friday will be between 8.30-11.00 and 16.30-18.30

Additional signing on may be available during the day by request.

Practice will be between 10.00-16.00 it will be open pit lane

Please note that there will be a lunch break on Friday between 12.30-13.30!!!!
 

Enduro:-

Signing on and scrutineering will be between 7.00-8.30

Sighting laps and transponder check 9.00-9.45

Enduro 10.00-17.00 no lunch break !!
 

Riders briefing is online and you will have to sign that you have viewed it .

Scrutineering for Friday practice counts for the whole event you will not have to sign on again.

Overnighters

Camping is permitted at the venue but if you can park up outside the main paddock it will help with congestion etc around the garages. You can rock up on Thursday and stay over but no starting of engines prior to 9.00am and no riding around the paddock the night before or you're off home non-negotiable!!!

The restaurant will be open for Breakfast from 7.30-10.00 Friday morning then reopen at 17.00 til 20.30 for the evening meal. Please note the restaurant will be closed Saturday night.

The catering unit in pit lane will be open between 10.00- 16.00

Bar open between 17.00-23.00 on Friday but closed on Saturday evening

Saturday breakfast 7.30-9.30

Catering unit in pit lane 10.00 till finish.
